Walk-On Mentality Medical was founded by a former Division I athlete who went on to become an award-winning medical device sales professional and sales leader.
After competing at the highest levels in athletics and building a career in the operating room—working directly with surgeons, leading sales teams, and performing in a quota-driven environment—it became clear:
The same traits that high-performing athletes use in sports translate to performance at the highest level in a professional setting.
The challenge is: when athletes transition to the business world, they are often not shown how to translate those skills into a career, especially in a high-stakes, performance-driven industry like medical device sales.
