Jackson Mitchell
President and FounderJackson is a former Division I football player at Southern Methodist University where he walked-on and eventually became a team captain nominated for the Burlsworth Trophy. As a proven leader in the medical device industry, with almost a decade of experience in orthopedic and ENT sales, Jackson has built and led high-performing sales teams, partnered closely with surgeons in the operating room, and consistently delivered results in one of the most competitive environments in healthcare.
As the Founder of Walk-On Mentality Medical, Jackson helps former high-level athletes break into and excel in medical device sales. He specializes in teaching athletes how to translate their competitive background into a compelling professional narrative, master the interview and hiring process, and develop the habits, discipline, and mindset required to succeed long-term in the industry.
Jackson’s mission is to help athletes leverage their work ethic and competitive edge to build meaningful, high-earning careers in medical device sales while performing at a high level in both business and life.

Vice PresidentChristian Dyer
Christian is a former professional rugby player and USA Rugby international who now works as a Medical Device Sales Representative in trauma with DePuy Synthes. After competing at the highest levels of rugby, Christian successfully transitioned into the medical device industry, bringing the same discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset that defined his athletic career into a high-performance sales environment.
Christian works directly with former high-level athletes to help them break into and succeed in medical device sales. He coaches clients on how to translate their athletic background into a compelling professional story, master the interview process, and perform at a high level in a competitive, fast-paced OR setting.
His mission is simple: help athletes turn their competitive edge into a successful, high-earning career in medical device sales.
